Welcome to TECHFUSION 2K26. By registering for and participating in our symposium, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Registration

  • Registration is open to all college students with a valid college ID card.
  • The registration fee is fixed at ₹250 per participant.
  • Each participant can register for a maximum of two technical and two non-technical events.
  • Registrations are non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Event Participation

  • Participants must report to the respective event venues 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • The event coordinators reserve the right to disqualify any participant found violating the rules or acting inappropriately.
  • Any decision made by the event judges and organizing committee will be final and binding.

3. Payments

  • All payments are securely processed through our payment gateway (Cashfree).
  • By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
  • We do not store your credit card or sensitive payment details on our servers.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the symposium.
  • Any damage caused to college property will be strictly dealt with, and the responsible individual(s) will be liable to pay for the damages.

5. Amendments

The organizing committee of TECHFUSION 2K26 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or the schedule of events without prior notice. Any updates will be communicated through our official channels.
