Thank you for registering for TECHFUSION 2K26. Please read our policy on refunds and cancellations carefully before completing your registration and payment.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the event and the upfront costs involved in organizing the symposium, all registration fees are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed and registration is confirmed, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

2. Cancellations by Participant

If you are unable to attend the event after registering, we will not be able to offer a refund or transfer your registration to another individual.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the rare event that TECHFUSION 2K26 is postponed or cancelled by the organizing committee due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations), the organizing committee will review the situation and communicate the next steps regarding the event schedule or potential redressal.

4. Failed Transactions

If your payment fails or is deducted from your account but the registration is not successful, the amount is usually refunded by your bank automatically within 5-7 business days. If you face any issues with a failed transaction, please contact your bank or reach out to us with the transaction details.
